Begin in chair pose. Exhale and cross your right arm under the left, and then draw your right hand toward you and to the right so that your palms are touching. Shift your weight on to your left leg. Inhale and lift your right leg. Cross it over the left leg, and if possible hook the right toes behind the left calf. Exhale and slowly shift your hips back and down. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Inhale and release. Change sides.
